Scope

This policy describes what stealerlogs.com collects when you use the site, an account, or the API.

What we collect

Account number. Creating an account generates a 16-digit number. We do not ask for a name, email, or password.

Session cookie. After you sign in we set an HTTP-only session cookie so the browser stays signed in. It lasts 30 days or until you sign out.

API key. Each account has a key used as a bearer token. We store it so we can authenticate API requests.

Searches. We log how many searches an account has performed.

Payments. When you buy a plan we create a NowPayments payment for the selected cryptocurrency. We send NowPayments the plan, amount, and term, plus an order id derived from the account number. NowPayments returns a deposit address and amount that we show on this site. We store the payment id, plan, amount, status, and related checkout fields.

Theme. Light or dark is stored in localStorage on your device. It is not sent to us.

Support. If you email support or write on Telegram, we receive whatever you send.

What we do not collect

We do not run advertising pixels. We do not sell personal data. We do not require a personal email to create an account.

Why we collect it

To run accounts, keep you signed in, enforce plan limits, process payment, operate and secure the service, and answer support requests.

Cookies

The session cookie is required to stay signed in. The site will not work as a signed-in account without it. Theme preference is stored locally and is not a cookie.

Processors

NowPayments processes cryptocurrency checkout. Hosting and infrastructure providers see the traffic needed to serve the site. Telegram operates the channel at t.me/stealerlogsdotcom if you open it. Official clients are published at github.com/stealerlogs-com.

Retention

Account, session, and payment records, and the search count on an account, are kept while needed to run the service, enforce plans, and handle disputes. You can ask us to delete an account by emailing [email protected]. We may keep records we must keep for security, abuse, or payment history.

Your requests

Email [email protected] to ask what we hold on an account or to ask us to delete it. We identify the account by the 16-digit number. If you lost the number we may not be able to find the account.

Changes

We may change this policy. The updated page is the current policy.
